When listing your space, you’ll need to set your earnings. This means that you get to choose how much you earn from your space net of any Stashbee fees.

Most spaces will only need monthly rental earnings. If you have a parking space, your listing will have both hourly earnings and monthly earnings.

To make pricing your space easier, we let you choose between dynamic and manual pricing.

We recommend you always select dynamic pricing. Doing so automatically sets and maintains your earnings at a competitive rate based on your location, space type, features, and demand.

Spaces with dynamic pricing are much more likely to get booked sooner.
