The Pilot Program gives housing providers a way to test Stashbee with part of their garage portfolio before deciding whether to roll it out further.
What happens during the pilot?
We agree which garages or sites will be included and get them set up on Stashbee.
Depending on the service you are testing, we then market the garages and either send enquiries to your team or manage more of the lettings process through the Booking Engine.
This gives you real information about demand and lettings rather than requiring you to make a decision based only on forecasts.
Do we need to include our whole portfolio?
A pilot can focus on an agreed part of your portfolio.
This can be particularly useful if you want to test the approach on areas with higher voids or garages that have historically been difficult to let.
Is there a commitment after the pilot?
Our pilot programs are 100% commitment-free. The purpose of the pilot is to give your team an opportunity to evaluate the approach before deciding what happens next.
