Yes.
Your organisation remains in control of the rules that apply to its garages.
Different housing providers have different requirements around who can rent a garage and what it can be used for. We can work within the criteria your organisation sets.
Can we restrict garages to vehicle parking?
If your garage licence or internal policy only allows garages to be used for parking, this can be reflected in how the garages are marketed and the enquiries you accept.
If storage is permitted, this can also be included.
What about eligibility requirements?
Your organisation can continue to apply its existing eligibility and lettings policies.
If you use Demand Generation, your team carries out the relevant checks before agreeing the letting.
If you use the Booking Engine, we will agree the required vetting process with you as part of the setup.
Do we need to change our garage licence?
Stashbee does not require housing providers to adopt a standard Stashbee garage licence in place of their own policies.
Any permitted use, eligibility or legal requirements should be agreed as part of the setup.
