To create a listing, you’ll need to fill out a few key details about the space and what it can be used for. 

You need to upload a few up-to-date photos and write a short description of your space. You’ll also be asked to set Street View for your space so that Renters can see exactly where the spot is. This is especially important for anyone listing parking spaces. 

Storage spaces, such as garages, will need to include measurements to help Renters understand the size of the space and whether their items will fit. 

Top tips for writing your description: 

1. Detail is key, so include as much information as possible 
2. Shout about features that aren’t visible in your photos 
3. Give some more information about how the space is accessed 
4. Include some details about the nearest transport links
