Can I increase the rent for my space during my booking?

For parking bookings, you should provide a minimum of one month’s notice for any rental changes you wish to make to the rental agreement.
For storage, you should provide a minimum of two months’ notice to make any rental changes.
By giving notice to Renters of rental changes, they will then have sufficient opportunity to make a decision about whether they wish to terminate their booking by the end of the notice period if they cannot afford the rental adjustment.
