Renters will need to give you one month’s notice, but you can increase this within your listing.

Your Renter will need to serve notice from the menu in their booking dashboard for their monthly booking to end. Notice can only be served when the minimum rental period has been met.

If the booking end date falls outside of the typical monthly rental period, we’ll calculate the final payment on a pro-rata basis. We’ll let you know how much your final payout will be as soon as your Renter serves notice.
