There is a car in my space. What should I do?

Firstly, you should double check your parking instructions to make sure you’re in the right spot! Once you’re sure the space is yours and you can’t access it, you should get in touch with your Host.
If the issue isn’t resolved straight away, let us know and we’ll do our best to help you find an alternative space. Make sure you keep photo evidence so we can help you if the issue can’t be resolved.
As a last resort, or if the issue happens outside of our office hours, you can always book another space so you have somewhere to park in the meantime. If the issue can’t be solved, you’ll always receive a full refund for the original booking.
