What can I do if I'm unable to access my parking space?

You should get in touch with the Host straight away. If you’re unable to reach your Host, you should let us know.
As a last resort, or if the issue happens outside of our office hours, you can always book another space to make sure you have somewhere to park in the meantime. If the issue can’t be solved, you’ll always receive a full refund for the original booking.
