What happens if a Renter overstays in my parking space?

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If a Renter has not vacated by the agreed booking end time, you should send us a message straight away. We’ll make sure no one else books your space whilst they’re there, and make the necessary adjustments to your booking.
We’ll need you to take a photo of the car in the space, as well as noting down how long they stay in the space for. The Renter will be charged for the full length of time that they use the space, so the overstay will be reflected in your earnings.
If the Renter using your space didn’t book the space through Stashbee, we’re unable to help. It’s a good idea to check that the vehicle details entered by your Renter in your booking dashboard match the vehicle parked in your space.
