If you want to end your monthly storage booking, you need to give your Renter at least two months’ notice. For a parking space, you’ll need to give one month. You can do this from your booking dashboard by clicking on the 'Serve Notice' button and choosing your end date, after which your final payout and payout date will be calculated. 

If your end date falls outside of the typical monthly rental period, we’ll calculate your final payout on a pro-rata basis.

Please note that notice served in the booking chatroom only will not be accepted.
