Useful info to Hosts in case they haven't been paid for a booking yet

There could be a few reasons why you haven't been paid.

Your payout isn't due yet

For Monthly bookings, your earnings are paid out to your bank account at the end of each rental period.

For Hourly bookings, your earnings will be processed the day after your booking ends.

Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account after they are processed by our payment provider.

You need to verify your account

To comply with KYC and AML regulations, we required Hosts to have verified their ID with Onfido, our online ID verification partner.

You should have received an email reminding you to complete this. Head to your account dashboard to verify your ID.

You have manual payouts turned on

You should check your payment settings to make sure you have automatic payouts enabled. If you don’t, any earnings will be deposited in your Stashbee Wallet, and you would have to withdraw them from your dashboard manually.

Your Stashbee Wallet balance is under £10

Even if you have automatic withdrawals enabled, balances under £10 can’t be processed automatically, so you might have to wait for additional funds to reach your wallet before they can be withdrawn.
