I am logged in but I can't see my listings or bookings in my account, what should I do?

Advice for users who have a booking but can't find it in their account

If you are logged in and your account is blank, and you don't think it should be, you are most likely logged in with the wrong email address.

If you cannot find your booking under the Bookings tab of your dashboard or your listings under the Listings tab, you may have logged in with the wrong email address.

You can see which email you have used to login via your dashboard under the Account tab.

We would recommend that you try and log out and attempt to log in again using the same email address that received the booking notification.

If you cannot remember which email address it was, please contact us via email on [email protected] and provide:

  • Your full name

  • The address of the listing or booking

  • The phone number used when creating the account

Giving us the above information will allow us to locate your account and confirm your login credentials.
