I have received a booking, but I can't see it on my account. What should I do?

If you cannot find your booking under the Bookings tab of your dashboard, you may have logged in with the wrong email address. We would recommend that you try and log out and attempt to log in again using the same email address that received the booking notification. If you cannot remember which email address it was, please do contact us via email on support@stashbee.com and provide: 

  • Your full name 
  • The address of the listing 
  • The phone number used when creating the account 

Giving us the above information will allow us to locate your account and confirm your login credentials, so that you can contact the Renter.
