When you receive a booking request, you can either choose to accept or decline it.
The request will expire after 24 hours, so make sure you respond in time. Once you accept, the booking is confirmed and the Renter can start using the space from the agreed-upon start date and time.
If you can no longer take a confirmed booking, you can cancel up until the day before it’s due to begin. Last-minute cancellations can be disruptive to Renters, so be mindful of that when cancelling.
