Our payment provider Stripe might need you to verify your bank account before they can set up your Space Owner payouts. To do this, you might be asked for additional documents such as proof of address. 

This is just an additional verification step to confirm your identity or business credentials, and it ensures that Stripe is compliant with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. 

Verifying your bank account: 

  1. Add your bank account to your account dashboard 
  2. Click “Verify Bank Account” and follow the instructions provided by Stripe 
  3. Upload the relevant documents 

Note

We might not be able to set up your Space Owner payouts until your bank account is verified with Stripe.
