What happens if a Renter overstays in my parking space?

Guidance for Hosts if a Renter overstays a parking booking

If a Renter has not vacated by the agreed booking end time, you should send us a message straight away. We’ll make sure no one else books your space whilst they’re there and make the necessary adjustments to your booking.

We’ll need you to take a photo of the car in the space, as well as note down how long they stay in the space. The Renter will be charged for the full length of time that they use the space, so the overstay will be reflected in your earnings.

If the Renter using your space didn’t book the space through Stashbee, we’re unable to help. It’s a good idea to check that the vehicle details entered by your Renter in your booking dashboard match the vehicle parked in your space.
