The items a Renter needs to store will vary. Prior to the booking, the Renter must complete an inventory form, so that you know what is being stored in your space.
We find that individuals most commonly store household items (e.g. furniture and other personal belongings), while businesses typically store company stock.
Our standard Booking Terms also prohibit certain items from being stored (e.g. illicit goods, flammable substances, food and perishables, etc.).
You can always decline an enquiry if you're not happy with the items being stored.
