Help for Renters who may have been charged again after serving notice to end their booking

You may have been charged more than once for your parking space in order to cover the remaining days between your last payment and the last day of your booking. The last payment for your booking is usually pro-rata and will cost less than a normal month of rent.

Reminder: All monthly bookings require one months notice to vacate.

If your booking should have ended, but you have not served the appropriate notice through your account, please do so and contact us via email on [email protected].
