For parking bookings, you must provide a minimum of one month’s notice for any rental price changes you wish to make to the rental agreement.

For storage bookings, you must provide a minimum of two months’ notice to make any rental price changes.

Once you give notice to Renters of rental changes, they will have sufficient opportunity to decide whether they wish to terminate their booking by the end of the notice period if they cannot afford the rental adjustment.
