As a Host, you are contractually obligated to adhere to the notice requirements outlined in the Booking Terms you agreed to when listing your space. The same applies to Renters.

Breaching these terms may expose you to the risk of legal action by a Renter.

If there are exceptional circumstances involved, you should contact us via [email protected], providing a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation you can offer so that we can review this.

You should notify your Renter and Stashbee without delay if you need to provide shorter notice in order for us to support you as required.
