You can use Zapier to automatically send new Stashbee Pipeline leads to thousands of other apps, including your CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, or email. This guide takes you through the setup. No coding is required.
Prerequisites
Access to a Stashbee Pipeline account.
A paid Zapier plan. Webhooks by Zapier is not currently available on Zapier's free plan.
Step 1: Create a new Zap in Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account.
Click Create, then select Zap.
Step 2: Choose what starts the automation
Search for and select Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.
From the Trigger Event dropdown, choose Catch Hook.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Configure the webhook in Zapier
In "Pick off a Child Key", enter 'data'. This tells Zapier to use the
individual lead details sent by Stashbee, such as the customer's
name, email address, and storage requirements.
Click Continue
Step 4: Copy the Zapier webhook URL
Zapier will create a unique URL for this automation.
Copy this URL by clicking on the "Copy" button next to the URL.
Treat this URL like a password. Do not publish or share it, as anyone with the URL may be able to trigger your Zap.
Step 5: Connect Zapier to Stashbee
In your Stashbee account, go to Integrations > Webhook > Configure.
Click on the "Enable Pipeline Webhook" checkbox.
Paste the Zapier webhook URL (that we copied from the previous step) into the "Webhook URL" field.
Step 6: Send a test lead from Stashbee
Click on "Test Webhook" within the "Webhook Configuration" page.
Wait until you see the following confirmation: "Test webhook sent successfully".
Click Save settings
This sends sample lead information to Zapier so you can check the
connection and set up the next step.
Step 7: Check that Zapier received the test lead
Back in your Zap, click Test trigger.
Zapier will look for the sample lead sent by Stashbee. If the connection worked, you will see fields such as First Name, Surname, Space Requested, and Desired Move-in Date.
Confirm the fields look correct — you'll use them to build the next part of your Zap.
Click Continue with selected record
Step 8: Choose where leads should be sent
Add an Action. An action is what Zapier should do when Stashbee sends a new lead, such as adding it to your CRM, creating a spreadsheet row, or posting a Slack message.
Match each Stashbee lead field to the correct field in your chosen app. For example, match First Name in Stashbee to First Name in your CRM.
Test the action step.
Name your Zap and publish it.
Step 9: Publish and verify the Zap
Publish your Zap. New Stashbee Pipeline leads will now be sent automatically to your chosen app.
Once your Zap is published, submit a test lead or wait for a real lead to confirm that it appears correctly in the destination app.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Likely cause | Fix |
Zapier's test trigger finds no data | Test event wasn't sent, or was sent before the Zap was listening | Return to Stashbee and click Test Webhook again, then retest the trigger in Zapier. |
Webhook shows as failed in Stashbee | The Zapier URL may have been copied incorrectly, changed, or deleted | Recheck the URL in Stashbee's webhook settings |
The Zapier trigger can't be selected | Your Zapier account is on the free plan | Upgrade to a paid Zapier plan; webhook triggers require one |
