If you are using our Pipeline demand generation product for self storage operators, the Stora integration allows you to automatically sync new Stashbee leads into your Stora account as Contacts and Tasks. This helps reduce manual admin, improve response times, and increase lead conversion.
What happens when connected?
When a new lead is generated through Stashbee:
A new Contact is automatically created in your Stora account
A Task is also created automatically in Stora
The lead contact details and storage requirements are included in the Task description
Your team can quickly follow up and manage the enquiry inside Stora
How to connect Stora
Log in to your Stashbee account
Navigate to Integrations from the menu on the left-hand side
Click Connect Stora on the Stora integration card
Follow the Stora authentication flow
Once connected, you will see a green Connected status badge
How leads appear in Stora
New Stashbee leads will appear inside Stora as Contacts in your CRM tab.
They will also appear in your list of Tasks.
Each task includes:
The customer’s contact details
Their storage requirements
Requested move-in date
Site/location information
Recommended next steps for your team
Disconnecting the integration
To disconnect the integration:
Go to Integrations in your Stashbee account
Find the Stora integration
Click Disconnect Stora
Once disconnected, new Stashbee leads will no longer sync into Stora.
