I already have a listing on Stashbee
Your facility may already have a free listing or an existing listing that is set up to accept bookings through Stashbee.
Contact us with your business name and the URL of the listing, if available.
We will check how it is currently set up and convert it to a lead generation listing where appropriate.
Only the Stashbee team can complete this change.
Turning off Instant Book does not convert a standard Stashbee listing into a lead generation listing.

Contact the Stashbee team to register your interest.
We will ask for information about your business and facility so that we can create the listing for you.
This may include:
Your business name
Your facility address
Your website
Your main contact details
Your opening and access hours
The types of storage you provide
Images of the facility
The email address that should receive enquiries
How do I activate my account?
Pipeline requires us to convert your account. Please reply to confirm you would like Pipeline, and we will convert your account. Once converted:
Log in using your existing details
Click Start 30-day free trial
Select the Starter Plan
Enter your payment details
Review your listings in the Pipeline dashboard
Please note that you will need to choose either Bookings or Pipeline.
Once your account is active, your listing will be updated so that customers can submit an enquiry or request a quote.
Why does my listing say “Book Space”?
A listing that is set up for bookings may display a “Book Space” button.
A lead generation listing will normally display an option such as “Enquire now” or “Get a quote”.
Contact the Stashbee team if you believe your listing is showing the wrong option. We can check its current setup and make any required changes.
Do I need to add my prices?
Adding prices to your Stashbee listing is optional.
You can display your storage prices if you would like customers to see them before submitting an enquiry. Providing pricing may help customers understand whether your facility is suitable for their budget.
If you prefer not to publish your prices, you can enable Price on enquiry instead. Customers will still be able to submit an enquiry or request a quote, and you can provide pricing based on their storage requirements.
