How can self-storage operators work with Stashbee?

An overview of the ways self-storage operators can use Stashbee

There are two ways self-storage operators can work with Stashbee.

You can manage bookings through Stashbee or use our lead generation service to receive enquiries from potential customers.

Manage bookings through Stashbee

With our booking service, you create a listing for your available storage and manage the rental through Stashbee.

It is free to create a listing.

You can:

  • Set your own monthly price

  • Choose a minimum booking period

  • Decide when the space is available

  • Review who wants to use the space

  • Accept enquiries and booking requests

Stashbee handles the rental agreement, ID checks, monthly invoicing, customer payments and monthly payment collection.

Your earnings are paid into your Stashbee wallet and then transferred to your bank account each month.

We deduct a 15% + VAT Host fee from each booking.

This option may be more suitable for individual Hosts and smaller storage businesses that want to manage their rentals through Stashbee.

Receive customer enquiries

Our lead generation service "Stashbee Pipeline" helps self-storage operators find potential customers without managing the booking through Stashbee.

We create or update your facility listing and promote it to people looking for storage.

When someone submits an enquiry, we send you their contact details and storage requirements including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Required storage size

  • Preferred move-in date

  • Personal or business storage

Your team then contacts the customer directly and manages the rental through your own sales process.

This option may be more suitable if you already have your own booking, payment and customer management processes.

Contact the Stashbee team if you are unsure which option is right for your business.
