If you have received a penalty charge notice (PCN) or other parking fine while parked in a space you booked through Stashbee, should let your Host know straight away by sending them a message in the booking chatroom.
We would also highly recommend taking a photo of the PCN, along with a photo of how your vehicle was parked in the space. Renters and Hosts are jointly responsible for managing PCNs, as well as informing Stashbee of the outcome. Stashbee can provide guidance and support if needed, please do get in contact with us, here.
