What's the best way to manage key exchanges?

We always advise Hosts and Renters to meet in person to exchange keys. If this isn’t possible, we recommend using KeyNest. This allows Hosts to drop the keys off at one of KeyNest’s secure locations and share the collection code with a Renter, so they can pick the keys up at their convenience. Ultimately, Hosts should be able to give instructions on when and how to exchange keys.
