No. There are no circumstances where cash exchanges or bank transfers should take place between a Renter and a Host.
All transactions and payments must take place through Stashbee to ensure that both parties are protected by our Booking Terms and have an accurate record of invoices.
Please note that we cannot offer any support with late payments, abandoned items or other booking issues if you have accepted direct payments from a Renter.
If a Renter requests to pay in cash, you must not accept this and should report the issue to us via our Contact Us page.
