Making sure that a parking space or storage space's availability is up to date is part of our Hosts’ responsibility. However, sometimes there might be personal circumstances that don’t allow them to update their listing in time.
If this is the case, a Host may have to cancel a confirmed booking as they are not able to allow you to use the space. On such occasions, you will be refunded for any payments made in full and if needed, we will be happy to help you find an alternative space. Just let us know if you need our assistance.
