As a Host, you are contractually obligated to adhere to the notice requirements that have been outlined in the Booking Terms. The same applies to Renters.
Breaching these terms may expose you to the risk of legal action by a Renter. If there are exceptional circumstances involved, you should contact us via support@stashbee.com providing a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation you can offer so that we can review this.
You should notify your Renter and Stashbee without delay if you need to provide shorter notice in order for us to support you as soon as possible.
