Why should I only accept payment and communicate with Renters through Stashbee?

Advice for Hosts that their payments are only protected if they communicate and transact via Stashbee

Making transactions through Stashbee ensures that both Renters and Hosts will be protected by our Host Guarantee, Booking Terms and Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

We’re not able to protect your payments if your Renter pays for their booking outside of Stashbee, and our Cancellations and Refunds Policy only applies to bookings which have been confirmed and paid through Stashbee.

Payments are managed through our secure, cashless payment provider Stripe.

We don’t store your payment details with anybody else. If you did receive money outside of Stashbee, your booking won’t be protected by our Terms and Conditions. You should let us know straight away if this happens.
