Who do I contact if my items are damaged?

If your items have been damaged or stolen, you should notify Stashbee and your Host as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after discovering about the incident.

If you have purchased one of our Item Guarantee plans, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for the cost of repair or replacement of your items 

In case the space itself requires any maintenance or repairs, then you should contact your Host as soon as possible via the Stashbee chatroom. Try to resolve any issues directly with the Host before contacting us. In the event that a resolution isn’t possible, you can contact us for further assistance, here.
