We’ll ask you to sign our Booking Terms before your booking starts. They cover a few standard provisions and form part of your Move-In Checklist.
The terms will help to keep your booking protected if anything goes wrong, so it’s important to review and sign them before you move in. We also ask your Host to do the same.
Once the terms are fully signed, we’ll send you both a copy for your records. You’ll also be able to find them in the Important information section of your booking dashboard.
We’ll provide reimbursement in case your items get damaged, lost or stolen whilst being stored with your Stashbee Host. That way you can feel better, knowing you're protected if something goes wrong.
The level of compensation varies depending on the plan that you've selected and currently ranges between £1000 and £3000.
The Item Guarantee excludes certain items (e.g., vehicles, prohibited items, portable electronics), so it's important to make sure you have sufficient insurance for any items that are not eligible for compensation.

Your bookings will be set up with our seamless payment system, so your earnings will be paid directly into your bank account. This means cashless payments and no chasing.
For most bookings, we’ll run some verification checks so you can feel safe knowing that Renters moving into your space have already been verified.
We’ll hold a security deposit for most spaces. This will only be refunded once keys are returned, and you’ve confirmed that the space is fully cleared and damage free.

Our booking dashboard and messenger makes it easy to manage your bookings and keep in touch with your Renters. We’ll also send you email notifications every time you get a message, to make sure you’re always kept in the loop.
Late payment handling
We take care of chasing late payments, so you don’t have to. Our team will follow up with the Renter in case they fall behind on their payments to ensure you’re always paid on time.
