Guidance for Hosts on why their final booking payment is lower than prior months

Updated over 2 months ago

Often, when a notice is served by a Renter or Host, it does not align with the previous monthly billing periods, but rather falls in the middle of an invoice period.

When this happens, the final invoice is calculated pro-rata based on the final end date of the booking.

For example, if your booking billing cycle runs from 1st until the 30th of every month, but your booking end date is the 15th, then your final payout will be half what it usually is.
