You can request for your account to be closed by going 'Account > Personal info & details' within your dashboard.
Your account would normally be closed and all your data removed within 2-5 working days, except in cases where you have an active booking, outstanding payments due, or any ongoing issues that require resolution.
In such instances, Stashbee reserves the right to keep your account active until your booking has ended, outstanding payments have been cleared, and open issues resolved.
