We do not currently provide an insurance cover, however we do offer a product called Item Guarantee. It is designed to provide reimbursement in case your items get lost, stolen or damaged while they're being stored with one of our Hosts.
You can choose between two plans - Minimum and Essential - which provide different levels of compensation. Please note that some exclusions apply (e.g. prohibited items, vehicles, and portable electronics).
The Item Guarantee does not replace any insurance you may choose to get. If you require separate insurance for your items, we recommend getting in touch with an insurance provider.
