What if my items are stolen?

If your items have been stolen and you have purchased one of our Item Guarantee plans, you may be eligible for reimbursement. The maximum reimbursement amount will depend on the plan you have selected.

The first thing you should do is report the incident to the police no later than 48 hours after finding out about it. 

You should then notify Stashbee within 7 days of discovering the incident. Please include the crime reference number when you contact us.

We will then send you an Item Guarantee payment request form, which you need to fill out within 30 days. The form will ask you to provide details of the incident and the damage suffered, alongside proof of ownership for the items.
