Is my payment protected?

Paying through Stashbee ensures bookings are covered by our Item Guarantee, Booking Terms and Cancellations and Refunds Policy. 

We’re unable to protect any payments that take place outside of Stashbee and you won’t be able to seek reimbursement under our Item Guarantee if something goes wrong. 

Our Cancellations & Refunds Policy only applies to bookings that have been paid for through Stashbee. 

Payments are managed through our secure, cashless payment provider Stripe. We don’t store your payment details on our server, and we’ll never share your details with anybody else. 

If you have paid for your booking outside of Stashbee, you will not covered by our Terms and Conditions. You should let us know straight away if this happens.
